Simply break through the crust and mix before use. 

2. Bagged or Sacked Storage: EZ Street Asphalt in bags or sacks should be stored off the ground on pallets in a cool, dry place to extend its shelf life. Avoid opening the bags or sacks until ready for use to maintain optimal performance. For both bulk and packaged products, EZ Street Asphalt retains its workability and performance characteristics for up to one year when stored properly, making it a convenient product for planned and unplanned road maintenance work.
